Our East Sussex client, a market leader in the Semiconductor industry, seeks an Electronics Test Development Manager to oversee the Test department and maintain in-circuit/functional test equipment for in-house production. The role is based in East Sussex and commutable from Eastbourne, Hastings, Brighton, and surrounding towns.

Key requirements include proven expertise in developing test solutions for PCBA testing and strong leadership of Test Engineering teams, including mentoring and talent

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop test solutions for PCBA function testing and in-circuit testing.
• Experience leading Test Engineering teams, including mentoring and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Test department, ensuring availability of in-house test equipment.
• Oversee and improve in-circuit and functional test processes for production.
• Recruit, mentor and develop Test Engineering staff.

Are you an Electronics Test Development Manager looking to join an organisation working on Cutting Edge Technology and Products in the Semiconductor industry?

My East Sussex based client are a Market Leader who combine over 30 years of experience within the Semiconductor industry with the attitude and opportunity of a start-up company. They are looking to add a Electronics Test Development Manager to their expanding, high performing team.

The Electronics Test Development Manager will be responsible for the Test department providing and maintaining in-circuit and functional test equipment for in-house production.

This job is based in East Sussex but is commutable from Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Heathfield, Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Brighton, Newhaven and Seaford.

Key Skills/Knowledge required for Electronics Test Development Manager Job include:

• Proven expertise in developing test solutions for PCBA function testing and/or in-circuit testing, with familiarity preferred in platforms such as Keysight.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing Test Engineering teams, including mentoring, performance management, and talent acquisition.
