Job summary

Pertemps are looking to hire multiple production staff for our customer in Gainsborough. There are two fixed shifts to choose from, AM 06:00-14:30 and PM 14:30-01:00, with no rotation.

Pay rates are £13.15 per hour on the AM shift and £15.00 per hour on the PM shift, with overtime at £19.73 on weekdays and £26.30 on Sundays. Duties include housekeeping, documentation, working with teams, safety compliance, and meeting customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer literacy.
• Experience in similar production roles.
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in various production areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high housekeeping standards in all work areas.
• Generate and maintain all relevant documentation.
• Work with all teams to minimise production delays.
• Adhere to customer specifications.
• Follow Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Identify and report risks or unsafe conditions.

There are 2 shifts you can choose from, you will NOT rotate.

Shifts

• AM Shift - Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:30
• PM Shift - Monday to Thursday – 14:30 to 01:00

Pay

• AM Shift - £13.15ph. Overtime, £19.73ph (Mon to Sat) & £26.30ph (Sun)
• PM Shift - £15.00ph. Overtime, £19.73ph (Mon to Sat) & £26.30ph (Sun)

Duties

• Maintain high housekeeping standards in all work areas.
• Generate and maintain all relevant documentation.
• Work professionally with all functional teams to minimise waiting times during production.
• Work to customer specifications.
• Adhere to Health & Safety (H&S) policies, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and others.
• Identify and report risks, near misses, or unsafe conditions to maintain safety and environmental standards.
