Job summary

Pertemps Lincoln in Gainsborough is hiring multiple production staff for a growing manufacturing team. This full-time, site-based role offers AM or PM shifts with overtime opportunities and the potential for permanent employment.

You will gain hands-on experience across production areas including incoming goods, laser and machine operations, stores, assembly and packing, despatch and duties. There is a strong focus on health & safety and documentation. Training is available to support growth.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Experience in similar production roles/environments.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in various production areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming goods, laser operations, machine operations, stores, assembly and packing, despatch and duties.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in all work areas.
• Generate and maintain all relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with other teams to minimise waiting times during production.
• Work to customer specifications.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Identify and report risks or unsafe conditions to maintain safety and environmental standards.

Pertemps are looking to hire multiple production staff for our customer in Gainsborough. Due to growth, our customer would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. These positions offer full time hours, with opportunties for training, overtime and ongoing, permanent employment.

Shifts:

There are 2 shifts you can choose from, you will NOT rotate.

AM Shift - Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 14:30

PM Shift - Monday to Thursday - 14:30 to 01:00

Pay:

AM Shift - £13.15ph. Overtime, £19.73ph (Mon to Sat) & £26.30ph (Sun)

PM Shift - £15.00ph. Overtime, £19.73ph (Mon to Sat) & £26.30ph (Sun)

This is a varied role, where you'll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of production, including:
