Job summary

Stagecoach Perth Depot is seeking a hands-on Bus Service Engineer/Technician to keep our modern, low-emission fleet safe and ready for service. You’ll service vehicles, diagnose faults, and perform roadside repairs, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and servicing buses to Stagecoach and DVSA safety standards.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using modern diagnostic tools.
• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance, including roadside repairs.
• Reporting defects and completing all work safely and in line with policies.
• Collaborating with workshop colleagues and supporting junior team members.

• Based at our Perth depot
• Pay rate of £13.64 per hour
• Shift pattern Sunday - Thursday, 45hrs per week
• 34 days annual leave per annum

We're on the lookout for a Bus Service Engineer/Technician to join our close-knit team at Stagecoach Perth. You'll play a vital role in keeping our modern, low-emission fleet safe, reliable, and ready to serve the community.

What you'll be doing:

• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A full UK driving licence
