Morrisons is recruiting a Manufacturing Butcher - Semi Skilled at one of our manufacturing sites. You will slice and trim meat to specification, including trimming from the bone and primals, using hand-held trimmers, in a safe, production environment.

You will follow training, share knowledge with the team, and support operations while adhering to PPE, hygiene and safety rules in a chilled abattoir environment. Flexible, team-focused individuals are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Some knife skills and dexterity for precise knife work.
• Ability to wear PPE e.g. chainmail gloves and work in a chilled production environment.
• Flexible approach with concentration for repetitive tasks.

Mansioni

• Slice and trim meat to required specifications in a safe and efficient manner.
• Trim primals and joints, including bone trimming.
• Operate hand-held meat trimmers and other equipment as trained.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and cleaning policies; support team members.
