Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering is seeking electricians and improvers for temporary contracts across installation and maintenance work in our client sites. The roles cover wiring, tray installation, and live line tasks with the use of mobile platforms to work at height.

Applicants should have appropriate electrical qualifications, safety certifications, and experience with generators, turbines, and mechanical installations. Roles may involve on-site fabrication support and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• C&G or NVQ Electrical Engineering with 17th/18th/18th Ed ideally.
• Experience with generators and turbines; mechanical systems and pipework.
• ECS-CSCS Card and IPAF MEWP card; safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical cable tray, racking and cables.
• Work on conveyors, process machinery, palletiser machines and robot units.
• Assist with checks and reinstatement fitting work.
• Fab shop and site installation support during peak periods.

Fulcrum Engineering & Technical are acting as a Employment Business on behalf of our Clients

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Electricians Improvers & Semi Skilled/Mates with IPAF

Working Install & Maintenance Work.

Installing electrical cable tray, racking, cables.

Using Mobile Platforms to work at height.

Working on the safe removal of electrical systems & .

larger items such as Conveyor Lines, Process Machinery, Palletiser Machines & Robot, Motor & Pump Units

Moving from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Also semi skilled applicants can apply if they can cover most of the work depending on their skill set. Working mainly in the Fab Shop some workers may be asked to help out when really busy on installation work on factories/process plants.

Hours = 0700 to 1730 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 5 to 8 weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract - Electrician Skilled = £27 per Hr Mon to Fri, £34 per Hr Sat, Improver/Skilled = £21 + per hr up to 60 hrs £26 + per hr Sat Depending on Skills/Quals Fork Ops £19 to £22 per hr and Semi Skilled Mates = £17 to £20 + hr & £21 to £24 per hr Sat

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site

Lodge Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
