Axcis Education Recruitment are seeking a wellbeing coach to support secondary students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a Torbay school near Paignton.
The role is suitable for graduates or those with related background and offers permanent and supply work. Pay £95–£105 per day, with typical hours 8:30am–16:00, starting September 2026.
We are actively looking for a wellbeing coach to support secondary aged students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. If you have a passion for supporting students with complex needs and who may have low self-esteem and confidence, this could be the perfect role for you.
This Torbay-based school supports students aged 11–16 whose needs cannot be met in mainstream education. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) related to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Previous experience is not essential. This role would suit graduates, youth workers, sports coaches, teaching assistants, or anyone with a genuine interest in working with young people.
