Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with SEMH, anxiety or barriers to education.
• Qualified teacher, experienced tutor or education professional.
• Ability to deliver engaging Maths and English lessons at the appropriate level.
• Belief that behaviour is communication and learners need different approaches.
• Patient, emotionally aware and capable of building genuine connections.
• Desire to make an impact beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities
