Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a SEMH Tutor to deliver Maths and English to students unable to attend mainstream education in Wilmslow. You will work 1:1 with learners with social, emotional and mental health needs, supporting their learning and attendance.

The role is long-term, with sessions ranging from 1 to 5 hours per day, depending on student needs. The employer offers PAYE rates, CPD and a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and deliver Maths and English sessions

Responsibilities

SEMH Tutor (Full Time or Part Time - Temporary opportunities)

Wilmslow

£30 per hour (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The Role

Vision for Education are looking for a SEMH Tutor who can teach Maths & English to students unable to attend education in Wilmslow. The desired SEMH Tutor will be working 1:1 with students with social emotional and mental health needs and emotional based school refusal. The Tutor role is long term to provide consistency for students and work towards breaking down barriers to learning. Sessions can be one - five hours per day (during or after school hours) depending on the student's needs.
