  • Anxiety and emotional regulation difficulties
  • Attachment and trauma-related needs
  • Challenging behaviour

The school takes a nurturing, therapeutic approach, placing relationships and emotional wellbeing at the heart of its provision. Every day is different, and you’ll play a key role in helping pupils develop confidence, resilience and positive relationships while supporting their learning.

Who we’re looking for

We welcome applications from candidates with a range of experience. Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, trauma, attachment needs or challenging behaviour is highly desirable, but training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.

  • Remain calm, resilient and patient in challenging situations.
  • Bring a positive, energetic and approachable attitude while maintaining clear boundaries.
  • Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Helping pupils regulate their emotions and remain engaged in learning
