Engage Education Ltd in Littlehampton is seeking a dedicated Behavioural 1-1 SEMH Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with emotional and social needs, helping them feel safe, valued, and capable of progress.
Training will be provided. The role requires patience, warmth, and consistency to help young people manage emotions, build healthy relationships, and gain practical skills for adulthood; a full UK driving licence is preferred.

Pupils are encouraged not only in their learning but also in developing the skills they need for life beyond school – resilience, independence, and a belief in their own potential.
