Job summary

Trinity Solutions Academy is seeking a Teaching & Learning Support Practitioner to support learners in our Hub. The role is full time, 37 hours, term-time with additional training and days. The successful candidate will foster respectful relationships and support learner development in a calm environment.

Experience in SEMH and behaviour management is an advantage. NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification is preferred, with Level 2 literacy and numeracy required.

Teaching & Learning Support Practitioner- Hib

Full Time (37 hours Mon Fri) Term Time plus five training days, plus 5 additional days N5 SCP 13- 17 £29,064- £31,022 p.a. pro rata (£25,598- £27,323).

We are looking for a friendly, approachable and calm individual to join our team as teaching & learning support practitioner to be based in our Hub. Previous experience of working in an SEMH environment and managing pupil behaviour would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can build and maintain successful working relationship with learners and treat them consistently and with respect and consideration.

Ideally you will have or be working towards NVQ level 2 or 3 for Teaching Assistants or have an equivalent qualification or experience.

A minimum of Level 2 Basic Skills in Literacy and Numeracy is required for this role.
