Prospero Teaching is seeking SEMH Teaching Assistants for a specialist secondary SEMH school in Freckleton. This full-time role starts in September, with salary up to £600 per week and a nurturing, pupil-centered approach.

Ideal candidates include Psychology graduates or those with experience in SEMH, SEN, youth work or related support roles who want to develop skills in emotional regulation and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during activities on-site farm and in lessons.
• Help pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation, independence and positive relationships.
