Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting for SEMH SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to work in a Mainstream Primary school. Roles range from daily supply to long-term contracts, across East London and beyond, with small class sizes and tailored options.

Candidates should have UK classroom experience, SEN knowledge, and strong behaviour management, with DBS checks and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Recent UK classroom experience (minimum 3 months) essential.
• Experience with SEN (SEMH, ASD, MLD/SLD, PMLD) preferred.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and literacy/numeracy skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK with valid visa.
• Recent classroom-based references and DBS/police checks.

Responsibilities

• Class support, 1:1 and small group roles.
• Working in schools across East London and beyond.
• Daily supply, short-term and long-term contracts available.
• Small class sizes (8-10 pupils).
