Job summary

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement, and working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to implement targeted interventions.

• Ability to support students with challenging behaviour and emotional regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
• Support emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
• Follow school policies and behaviour plans.
• Deliver targeted interventions and personalised support.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams.
