Reed in Sittingbourne is seeking a patient Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged KS3-KS5 in a specialist SEN setting. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to help learning, behaviour, and independence, under the guidance of teachers, creating a safe, stimulating, and structured environment.
The role focuses on building relationships, supporting emotional regulation and social development, and helping students overcome barriers to learning.

If so, this could be your perfect role.
