Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a partner school in Rushden, supporting pupils with SEMH, autism and other learning needs. The role involves assisting teachers, delivering tailored learning, and promoting inclusive education.

The position is full-time, term-time only, with duties across classroom and 1:1 or small group settings. Experience in SEN/SEMH is preferred, along with a Level 2 qualification or willingness to progress.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and the wider multi-disciplinary team to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You'll play a key role in helping to deliver tailored learning, develop students' confidence, and encourage positive engagement with education.

Key Responsibilities
