The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and the wider multi-disciplinary team to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You'll play a key role in helping to deliver tailored learning, develop students' confidence, and encourage positive engagement with education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students in their learning and development across a range of subjects

About You

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN or SEMH setting

• A genuine passion for education and supporting vulnerable learners
• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or willingness to work towards)
