Job summary

Randstad Education in Frome is seeking a compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team on a day-to-day, flexible basis. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH, ASC, and attachment needs, helping them feel safe and engaged.

You will implement trauma-informed and Thrive-based strategies to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment, assist class teachers with tailored activities, and act as a reliable mentor to help students build self-esteem and emotional

Qualifications

• Experience in schools, care, or community settings is highly desirable.

• Competitive Pay: £92.56 - £95.00 per day.
