Job summary

Randstad Education from Frome is seeking a compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team on a day-to-day, flexible basis. You will support pupils who have SEMH, ASC, or attachment needs and help them engage with personalised activities.

The role offers a consistent schedule, access to high-level SEMH training, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with Thrive and therapy experts to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for working with SEMH, ASC, or neurodivergent needs.
• Experience in schools, care, or community settings is desirable.

• Competitive Pay: £92.56 - £95.00 per day.
• Consistent Schedule: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
