Randstad UK is seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Banstead. You will support pupils aged 5 to 18 with complex learning needs, assisting their educational, social, and personal development.

You will help engage the classroom and guide students in forming positive relationships within the school community. The role requires 3-6 months of experience in special education, DBS clearance, and full eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of experience within special education, working with students who have autism, complex needs and are non-verbal.
• Enhanced DBS check (Child and Adult Workforce) on the Update Service or willingness to undergo one.
• GCSE grades in English and Maths at 4/C or above.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK - sponsorship is not offered with any of these roles.
• Access to your own vehicle is preferred.

We are searching for an exceptional and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team of staff at a specialist school in Banstead.

In this rewarding position, you will support the educational, social, and personal growth of pupils aged 5 to 18 who experience complex learning difficulties and needs. You will help facilitate classroom engagement and guide students in building positive interpersonal connections.

Working Hours: 8:30-4:30

Requirements:

3-6 months of experience within special education, working with students who have autism, complex needs and are non-verbal.

Enhanced DBS check (Child and Adult Workforce) on the Update Service or willingness to undergo one.

Full eligibility to work in the UK - sponsorship is not offered with any of these roles.
