Randstad UK in Banstead is seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5 to 18 with complex learning difficulties in a specialist setting.

The role focuses on educational, social, and personal growth, guiding classroom engagement and helping students build positive interpersonal connections; working hours are 8:30-4:30. A DBS check (Child and Adult Workforce) or willingness to obtain one is required, GCSEs at 4/C or above are expected, and owning a vehicle is preferred.

Competenze

• 3–6 months of experience in special education with autism and complex needs.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• GCSEs English and Maths at 4/C or above.

We are searching for an exceptional and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team of staff at a specialist school in Banstead.

In this rewarding position, you will support the educational, social, and personal growth of pupils aged 5 to 18 who experience complex learning difficulties and needs. You will help facilitate classroom engagement and guide students in building positive interpersonal connections.

Working Hours: 8:30-4:30

Requirements:

3-6 months of experience within special education, working with students who have autism, complex needs and are non-verbal.

Enhanced DBS check (Child and Adult Workforce) on the Update Service or willingness to undergo one.

Full eligibility to work in the UK - sponsorship is not offered with any of these roles.

GCSE grades in English and Maths at 4/C or above.

Access to your own vehicle is preferred.
