Aspire People is seeking Teaching Assistants for a local SEMH school in Lincoln on a temp-to-perm basis. Ideal candidates will provide support to pupils 6-16 years old, managing groups of no more than 6 students. This role requires resilience and creativity, working full days between 2-5 days a week.

Job description

We are so proud to be supporting our local SEMH school in Lincoln who are looking to add a number of Teaching Assistants to their growing team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. Pay rate up to £107 per day!

The school can accommodate either full-time educators or those that can commit to 2-4 days per week, but must be full days as no morning/afternoon shifts are available.

Groups are based on ability, not age. So, you could be supporting pupils aged 6-16 and groups are no larger than 6 pupils, with a minimum of 3 staff members in each group. The pupils can be challenging and all candidates should be resilient, adaptable and creative. You must be thick-skinned.

Working hours are 0830 - 1600.
