Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs at a Grantham school. The role is full-time, temp-to-perm, starting immediately, with hours from 08:30 to 15:30 and predominantly 1:1 support for students showing disregulated behaviour.

Ideal candidates will have resilience, energy, and recent experience with SEND/SEMH, and a passion for education in an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND/SEMH.
• Must have a passion for education.
• Energetic and experienced with children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Aspire People are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a school located in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This role is to work full-time, on a temp to perm basis starting immediately! The working hours are 08:30 - 15:30 and you will predominantly be working 1:1 with students who show disregulated behaviour.

The role requires high level of resilience and we are ideally looking for people who are energetic and have experience of working with children with social emotional and mental health needs.

Teaching Assistant role & responsibilities:
