Job summary

Aspire People Limited are recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a Grantham, Lincolnshire school. This full-time temp-to-perm role starts immediately and runs 08:30 - 15:30, working 1:1 with students with various learning difficulties and special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have resilience, energy and a passion for education, with recent experience working with children and young people, including SEND/SEMH.

Aspire People are recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a school located in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This role is to work full-time, on a temp to perm basis starting immediately! The working hours are 08:30 - 15:30 and you will be working 1:1 with students with various learning difficulties and special educational needs.

The role requires high level of resilience and we are ideally looking for people who are energetic and have experience of working with children with social emotional and mental health needs.

Teaching Assistant role & responsibilities:
