Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking SEMH & Alternative Provision Teaching Assistants in Chigwell. You will support pupils aged 8-16 with SEMH, ADHD, PTSD, ASD and challenging behaviours in a supportive setting.

Role involves collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging activities and help develop social skills, while maintaining a nurturing environment. Pays from £105 per day, with start ASAP and temp-to-perm options available.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and resilience.
• Previous experience is a bonus but not essential; full training will be provided.

SEMH & Alternative Provision Teaching Assistants Needed - ChigwellAre you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people?Do you have a calm, caring nature and a natural ability to build strong relationships?We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in SEMH schools and Alternative Provision settings across Chigwell.This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 8-16 with additional needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), ADHD, PTSD, ASD and challenging behaviours.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils with additional needs in their learning and personal development
• Working closely with class teachers to create engaging and interactive activities
• Helping children develop social skills and positive relationships
• Maintaining a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment
• Making a genuine difference to young people's lives every day

What we're looking for:

• A genuine interest in supporting young people, especially those with mental health needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy and resilience
• Previous experience is a bonus - but not essential as full training will be given

The role:

• Pay: from £105 per day and upwards depending on experience
• Start: ASAP and Temp to Perm options
• Location: Chigwell
