Esland is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH at a new SEN school in Ditton Priors, near Bridgnorth. You will work with teachers to enable pupils to access a broad, functional curriculum and develop independence.
Role involves supporting individuals or small groups, promoting trauma-informed approaches and safeguarding. Full time, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

Salary: £22,400 to £24,150 per annum (dependent on experience)

Our students have a range of learning needs, and have all experienced trauma in their lives; these experiences mean that sometimes students present with some challenging behaviours.
The position is based at our SEN School in Ditton Priors, near Bridgnorth.
This is a new school and is the fourth Esland school. Esland schools currently support a number of vulnerable young people aged 8-18 years with SEMH.
