Job summary

Smart Teachers is recruiting a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant for a SEMH provision in Kingsbury, NW9. Salary £19,000–£20,000 per annum, 09:00–15:00, Monday to Friday. Start September 2026. Role involves classroom support, behaviour management and progress recording under supervision.

Successful candidates will receive high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience, with safeguarding checks and ongoing CPD. DBS update service required.

• Work with the class teacher to provide additional support as needed.
