About the Role:
As SEMH Support Staff, you will work alongside class teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. Your day-to-day work may include one-to-one and small-group support, helping children regulate their emotions, manage behaviour and participate confidently in lessons.
You will help pupils develop positive routines and relationships while providing the consistency and encouragement they need to access their learning.
