Teaching Personnel are recruiting SEMH Support Assistants to work in specialist schools in Dorchester supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

This role involves supporting students 1:1 or in small groups, helping manage behaviour in a positive, structured way, building trusting relationships and encouraging engagement in lessons. All applicants require suitable qualifications and training, and a DBS check is required; pay rates quoted include statutory holiday pay.
