Job summary

Milk Education in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to assist pupils across KS1 and KS2, providing one-to-one and small group support, and collaborating with teachers on lesson planning.

You will help students regulate emotions, apply restorative practices, and work within a holistic, trauma-informed environment alongside therapists and staff.

• Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team.
