Milk Education is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to assist pupils in KS1 and KS2 on a one-to-one and small-group basis. You will work with the class teacher on planning, adapt resources, and help students regulate emotions to stay engaged in learning.
In this role you will apply restorative practices to promote positive behaviour and collaborate with therapists and staff in a trauma-informed setting, supporting safeguarding and inclusive education throughout the day.
