Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident Unqualified Teacher to join a specialist SEMH secondary school in St Neots. You will deliver engaging lessons to KS3 and KS4, support students with SEMH needs, and adapt teaching to individual learning needs.

No QTS required; relevant experience and a calm, trauma-informed approach are valued. This is a long-term, full-time role offering CPD and ongoing support within a dedicated educational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
• Ability to deliver lessons across KS3/KS4 using provided resources.
