SEMH Secondary School Science Teacher Needed – Guildford (GU5)
Position: Secondary School Science Teacher
Class Size: 8 – 12 Pupils per class
Location: Guildford, GU5
School: SEMH School
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time, 9 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Salary: GBP170 – GBP250 per day
About the Role:
Join a dedicated team at an SEMH School in Guildford for 11-16 Year olds needing extra support academically and personally. This is a great chance for Science teachers passionate about SEN education to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored lessons for pupils with autism and other specific needs.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Work with TAs and support staff to meet pupils' developmental needs.
Apply teaching strategies based on individual progress.
Requirements:
Teacher Status (QTS) – Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
Experience with SEMH, Behavioural Support, and Special Educational Needs.
Proactive approach with strong teamwork skills.
On the update service and right to work in the UK.
