Job summary

Heath Hayes Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Relational Care Support Assistant to provide SEMH support and relational care across Nursery to Year 6. You will plan and deliver sessions, work 1:1 and in small groups, and participate in lunchtime support to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Deliver relational care and SEMH support, including talking therapies and emotions regulation.
• Plan, prepare and deliver 1:1, small group, and whole-class sessions with pupil voice data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relational care and SEMH support sessions (Talk therapies, ELSA, Mindfulness, feelings & emotions).
• Work across Nursery to Year 6 with 1:1, small groups, and some whole class delivery.
• Provide lunchtime support on the playground and assist with lunchtimes as required.
