Job summary

Heath Hayes Primary Academy, part of Coast and Vale Learning Trust, is seeking a Relational Care Support Assistant to deliver SEMH support and relational care across Nursery to Year 6. You will plan and run 1:1, small group and classroom sessions, including Talk therapies, ELSA and mindfulness, while using pupil voice to inform sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relational care and SEMH support across Nursery to Year 6.
• Plan, prepare and run Talk therapies, ELSA, mindfulness and emotional regulation sessions.
• Work 1:1, in small groups and occasionally whole-class settings.
• Provide lunchtime support on the playground and during lunchtimes.
