Senovo is recruiting a pastoral support assistant in Redbridge to help pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs feel secure, attend consistently and re-engage with learning. You will build reliable relationships, support emotional regulation, routines and restorative conversations, and help pupils return to lessons after difficult moments.

You will track engagement and communicate clearly with the wider pastoral team. QTS is not required for this school-support role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting SEMH, behaviour or vulnerable young people.
• Calm authority, empathy and dependable professional boundaries.
