Cooks Spinney Primary Academy and Nursery in Harlow seeks an SEMH Manager to lead our Grow Provision, guiding a team to provide high-quality, personalised support for pupils with SEMH needs.

You will promote emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour and learning engagement, working with families, schools and external professionals to secure successful transitions back into mainstream education.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches, positive behaviour support and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the Grow Provision.
• Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver personalised support and interventions.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and engagement in learning.
• Collaborate with families, schools and external professionals to achieve best outcomes.
