Academics, recruiting on behalf of a successful Secondary SEMH school in Basingstoke, is seeking a Support Manager to join ASAP. The role focuses on managing the behaviour and wellbeing of students with SECID aged 10-16, implementing effective behavioural strategies and building relationships.

You will work closely with the Support Team Lead to ensure consistent communication across the school community and contribute to creating a supportive learning environment.
