Job summary

TeacherActive is proud to be collaborating with Boleyn Park, an SEMH school in Westcliff, to recruit a full-time LSA. The role runs 08:45–15:15 with potential for permanency for the right candidate. You will provide 1:1 support to KS3 and KS4 pupils, helping them engage with learning, manage behaviour and build confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an education or SEND setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
• Confidence providing 1:1 support to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
• Patient, resilient approach and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to KS3 and KS4 pupils to engage with learning.
• Assist with behaviour management and independence development.
