The school is looking to take on an SEMH LSA for day-to-day or long-term cover from September, working with pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful SEMH LSA will support pupils in the classroom, use effective behaviour management strategies and help young people remain engaged with their education.
