Job summary

Trinity Academy Bristol is seeking an inspiring Lead Learning Support Assistant for SEMH to provide outstanding learning support to individual students from Autumn 2026. You will work across the SEND team and wider school overseeing interventions and ensuring they optimise learning for individuals.

You will develop SEMH expertise, run interventions, manage a small LSA team and collaborate with teachers and families to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in a school setting.
• Ability to lead and supervise a small team of Teaching Assistants.
• Understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
