TeacherActive are seeking a dedicated SEND & SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a fantastic primary school in Tower Hamlets.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND and SEMH, help with emotional regulation, and work closely with teachers and the SENCO to enable positive engagement. Experience in a primary setting is desirable, and DBS checks are required or willing to obtain one.

Full-time, Monday-Friday
Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and the wider support team
Helping pupils engage positively with learning and school life
Previous experience supporting children with SEND and/or SEMH
Strong understanding of behaviour and emotional regulation
A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience working within a primary school setting is desirable
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
