Location: Near Woking | Start: ASAP | QTS essential | £170-£250 per day

The Role

We are seeking a resilient and engaging English Teacher to deliver tailored lessons to pupils with SEMH needs. You will:

• Plan and deliver differentiated English lessons to meet a wide range of needs and abilities
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour using trauma‑informed and relational approaches
• Build strong, consistent relationships to re‑engage pupils with learning
• Work closely with support staff, SENCO, and external professionals
• Track progress, adapt strategies and celebrate individual success

The Person

• QTS and experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong understanding of SEMH, trauma‑informed practice and behaviour support
• Confident managing behaviour with a calm, consistent, and relational approach
• Patient, resilient and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
