Job summary

Leeds East Academy in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Connect role member to support students with SEMH needs within the Connect provision. You will work with the Inclusion Leader and Connect Manager to deliver personalised pastoral support and ensure a nurturing learning environment.

In this role you will assist with emotional regulation, promote engagement with learning, support routine processes, and deliver targeted activities to re-engage learners.

• Assisting with emotional regulation of students
• Promoting engagement with learning
• Supporting key routines and structures within the Connect provision
• Delivering targeted activities and interventions as required
• Helping create and maintain a safe, positive and aspirational environment for learners
