We’re seeking candidates with recent experience working with children or young people, a calm, consistent approach, strong communication, safeguarding awareness, and a commitment to building positive relationships.

With schools now back for the new academic year, we're looking for people who can provide pupils with the consistent, patient and relationship-based support they need to engage with school and learning.
This role could suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Support Worker, Youth Worker, Mentor or similar professional, although recent school experience would be particularly valuable.
Experience within a primary school, specialist setting, youth work, mentoring or behaviour support environment would be beneficial.
