Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEMH & Behaviour Support Staff to work across specialist schools and alternative provisions in Telford. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, building trusting relationships, and promoting emotional wellbeing.

You will work closely with teaching staff in specialist SEMH settings to help pupils engage with learning. Experience in behaviour mentoring, youth work, residential care, and related areas is welcomed.

Qualifikationen

• All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

SEMH & Behaviour Support Staff – Specialist Schools

Location - Telford - (TF1)

Salary - £95–£120 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date - November 2026

Teaching Personnel is recruiting passionate and dedicated SEMH & Behaviour Support Staff to work across specialist schools and alternative provisions throughout Telford.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who require additional guidance to thrive both academically and emotionally.

You will be supporting pupils with:

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Challenging behaviour
• Anxiety and emotional regulation difficulties
• Additional learning needs and SEND
