Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, small-group, and in-class support for pupils.
• Lead restorative conversations to rebuild relationships and return pupils to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and pastoral team to deliver interventions.
• Be a visible presence across the school, supporting pupils before issues escalate.
