Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a SEMH school in Hounslow, starting in September on a long-term basis. The role involves providing targeted one-to-one support to students with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD within a secondary setting.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to manage challenging behaviour in a school setting.
• Knowledge of SEMH needs and ADHD is beneficial.
• Experience delivering 1:1 targeted support in classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one mentoring and behavioural support in lessons and corridors.
• Support students with SEMH needs to stay engaged and reach learning goals.
• Assist in maintaining a safe classroom environment and use de-escalation strategies.
