Job summary

Teach360 is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a SEMH secondary school in Newham with a September start. You will support students facing behavioural challenges, including those with ASD, providing 1:1 and in-class support to foster positive learning outcomes.

Role requires delivering consistent behaviour management across lessons, lunch breaks and supervision times. A long-term, full-time position with a daily rate of 115–120 GBP is offered, with potential for ongoing progression.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with behavioural challenges in secondary education.
• Proven ability to provide 1:1 and in-class support to pupils.
• Willingness to support students during breaks and after school where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and in-class behavioural support to students daily.
• Assist during lunch and breaks to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Monitor attendance and movement to ensure students are in class.
• Support learning and behaviour management while working with staff.
